Ray Walker & Henry Walker (100 Year B-day Party)

Ray Walker ("The Man")

Cousin Ray was the most fascinating and courageous person I have ever known. I have been so inspired by his personality and the way he lived his life. I have a picture of him with the Penn State Cheerleaders taken a few years ago on display above my desk at work. It has that "Ray Walker style" about it, pretty cool. I'm so glad I got to meet the Patriarch of our family at his 100 Year Birthday Family Reunion party a few years back. My condolences to the entire Walker family. Love,...

We have had the pleasure of knowing Ray most of our lives. Our family supplied flowers to his gardens for about 20 years and he became a wonderful family friend. Ray is and will always be loved by our family. He has touched many life's and will be sadly missed. On this Father's Day we would like to recognize Ray for being such a caring and positive influence to not just his family but many families our community. He is a amazing person.Thank you for being a blessing in our lives and many others....

We only had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Walker for the past 25 years. During that time he bestowed innumerable kindnesses on our family. Mr. Walker was so thoughtful and kind to us. He was a leader, visonary, and, most of all, a good man whose reach was far and meant so much to so many. God bless the Walker family during this time of loss.

Sorry for the loss of your love one, may you find comfort in knowing that those who have passed on in death God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. Psalms 116:15.

I offer my deepest sympathy but also offer many thanks. As a Scout and Scouter for over 20 years, I know a lot of young men had better Scouting experiences because of his generosity and dedication to the Bucktail Council. Peace, Strength and the Grace of God be with the family in this time of sorrow.

My deepest condolences for your great loss, as I feel your pain and support you through these trying times.<br />Mr. Ray Walker was an unforgettable human being in the true sense of the word, always helping others to get ahead in life as he did for me. I will never forget him.

He was my hero...someone to emulate...the world is a better place because of him (and Louise). Mary Skelton-Womer
