Not sure what to say?

Ray was both a great friend, fellow Veteran, and GREAT teacher of mine in my pursuant AAS Degree in Paralegal. I was shocked when I tried to enlist his assistance on a Legal matter only to find he was deceased. I will remember him very much and I just know that St. Peter is utilizing this great attorney for anything that ends up in Heaven OR Hell!

My Prayers Go Out to Your Family In This Need. Ray became A Good friend And Great representive In My Social Security Benefits, He Gave It Complete Attention And Got Me A Favorable Decision, He was Very personable With Me In My Case, He sure will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to Ray's family. Memories of our college days go back to 1968. He lived a few doors down from me in Gannon hall at WSU. Once he stood by me as my "Defense attorney" when I got into a bit of trouble during those wild and woolly college days. He was the kind of person you're proud to have as a friend. Again, my condolences go out to his family. -R.D. Longmeier

Dear Friends and Family of Ray Whitlow,
Sending warmth and comfort at this grievous time and honoring the memory of a beloved Tri-Citian.

Dearest Chieko, Please know that you are in our prayers at this time of sorrow. May Ray find peace and love in the arms of our loving Savior in heaven.

I shook hands 'good-bye' with Ray last Thursday, 3-14, after a Social Security hearing. Little did I know it would be for the last time. Good knowing you, Ray; you made a difference in the lives of many. Requisat in Pace. Eli Tsipras, Spokane

I met Ray in 1978, we both had new jobs in public service, I was a rookie cop with Kennewick PD and he was a new Benton County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. I worked with Ray for 30 years during my time with KPD. Ray was one of the most trusted and respected lawyers in the business and he was a friend to all law enforcement. Ray will be missed.

Ms. Whitlow it is my prayer that this time of sorrow will pass with love and good memories. He will truely be missed.
Our Father in heaven is in control, let his will be done.
