Not sure what to say?

Ever since Ray moved too far away to continue attending MAMA meetings, we’ve missed his genial presence, easy-going manner, and refined sense of humor. But he kept in touch with us through email, continually entertaining us with humorous or interesting automotive-related items he’d find on the internet. We’ve already missed him for some time, now we miss him much more deeply and with great sorrow.

It appears we left out some information. There will be a memorial service on Friday July 23rd at 11am. It will be held at St. Paul UMC - 750 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA. The family thanks everyone for their kind thoughts and prayers.

I am a WSSC employee who had the privilege of interacting with Ray on various projects. I did not know him well but felt at ease talking with him because of his soft-spoken manner. May God comfort you in your loss.

Ray was the glue that held our family together. He is with Mom and Dad now along with God. We all loved him and will miss him dearly. Thank you God for looking after my brother and the friends and family he left here on earth.

Sonja and I are truly sorry for your loss. We remember Ray with some very fond memories. He was a very good and trusted friend when we were teenagers together in New Carrollton. We really had some good times while we attended DuVal High School. I was talking to Charlie Burns yesterday and we had some good laughs about our escapades with Ray. We will keep his memory close to our hearts, until we meet again.

May God comfort Lois and his family.

God Bless
