Not sure what to say?

I´ll never forget this kind gentleman. He was one of my favorite people at the Miami Board of Realtors. I remember the time he gave me a Two dollar Bill, I forgot the occasion but a two dollar bill was so unique I kept it in a special envelope, I came across it the other day looking through my Safe Deposit Box. When I left the Miami Board Mr Asmar gave me a beautiful purse that I treasured.

I was saddened to learn of your father (and mother's) passing. They were both warm and lovely people and will certainly missed by so many. May your loving memories comfort you during this difficult time.....Marlene Pollack (Weaverville, N.C.)

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

Ray and Angele were our friends for many years. Our offices were close, and we had numerous meetings at the real estate board as well as personal contact.
It has already been noted by others--Ray was a true gentleman--totally honest and reliable, and a pleasure to know. We will miss him. Please accept our sympathy. Jeannette & Herbert Simon

Dear Genie and Robert, Lana and Stephen, Norman, Michael and Mary Jane, Grandchildren and Family,

Mom and I are deeply sorry to learn of your dear father's passing. Ray was a true gentleman, a man of great integrity, someone we loved, respected and admired. He was a kind soul who was devoted to your beautiful Mom Angele and the family. Ray definitely made the world a better place. We were enriched in knowing him. Ray was always so wonderful to us over the years. God rest his soul....

I was deeply sadden to hear of Mr. Asmar's death. He was a kind, generous, soft spoken gentleman who was dedicated to his family, church and business. I was lucky to have known him while working at the Miami Board of Realtors. We lost a truly good person with his passing.

My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones.

To The Asmar Family,

I got to know your dad when he was attacked in his real estate office about ten years ago. He was one of the nicest people I have met in my 30+ years as a prosecutor. I'll always remember how he made a point of showing me the Honolulu Police i.d. card from the 1940's that he still carried in his wallet when we first met.

My deepest sympathy to you.

Sincerely,

Philip Maniatty

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

The word "gentleman" is synonymous with Ray Asmar. I have fondly thought of him many times in the years since I knew him at the Miami Board of Realtors. They just don't make people like Ray very often. May the family take comfort in the way Ray lived his life,
