Dear Ray: Eight years have passed and a number of our other brothers in blue have passed on, but it just seems like yesterday that we were going out on a tour in adjoining sector cars. Kathy and myself miss your laughter and smiles but hopefully one day we will again meet. Rest in peace my brother.
