Though several years have passed from then to now, the impact of Pastor Biard's life and ministry of strength and dedication is a forever blessing he no left behind for us, effective to all people, cultures and generations. We are forever seeing "God" through the love reflected in the dynamic vision and his daily walk of faith as the ministry continues to flourish in both his natural family lineage and extension of NEW births after elements of the spiritual. It is the living legacy through the life and ministries of
Pastor Raymond Biard that continues to be a blessing to the local church as well as unto global impacts. Likewise, many thanks are to his family for allowing him in life to touch the lives of all who have been affected by his God-given ministry; and even beyond the world of the "see, feel and touch," many have opportunity to come to new depth and understandings by following the path of Pastor Biard.

Although some time has gone by, the blessed memories will always linger, and the joyful praise of leadership that Pastor Biard provided continues to live on. It is of God's grace that we can stay in the faith while ignoring the vices sent to interrupt the light of the Lord on our lives and become solid examples of that which brings Him glory.

Realizing that current times, and particularly during the much-celebrated Father's Day observance, there's a difference in the atmosphere in and around all that perpetuates our moment of change. We are the more trusting the Lord's promise of always being our Helper and Comforter; in Him we are able to also receive wounds of broken hearts healed, not only now, but continually so. My thoughts are with you, Mother Biard, Pastor Jennifer, All Leaders, as well as the Body of Fruit (JRC) given to...

For me to have never been of a member of Jackson Revival Center, more so a frequent visitor, it saddens so me to hear of the loss of such an extraordinary man such as Pastor Biard was. His message of truth and hope will never dissipate from my mind for the rest of my days
