Mike was a friend, a colleague, and a leader amongst all of his fellow Pepsi Cola Bottlers throughout his career leading Pepsi Cola Bottling of Brookfield. As a founding member and Director of the Independent Bottlers Association, Mike played an influential role and will always be remembered as a valued partner for all of his peers. On behalf of all the members of the IBA, we send our condolences and wish peace and loving memories for the Baker family.

If you count both times I worked there it has been 48 years total. Mike was a very good and very honest man to work for. He is really going to be missed. It has been a pleasure working for you. Rest in peace.
