Was so shocked when I saw this! I had the pleasure of having Ray as an instructor when I certified EMS at HACC. What a great guy and mentor. Always patient and willing to right a wrong. He will with no doubt, be missed by all whose lives he touched. Gods peace be to him and Ray's family. He is already gathering the celestial emergency crew under God's employ. I'm sure of it!

I met Ray back in 1985 when West Shore EMS started. He took a keen interest in EMS and ended up making it a career. A dedicated and loving man in all that he did. He will be missed. R.I.P.
