Dr. Raymond "Rob" Beatty Jr.

I am so sorry to hear of Rob's passing. I just learned of this today. I am an old, lost friend. He was an amazing man. I am very saddened by this. My love and prayers to Karla and the entire family.

Enjoyed our happy high school days together. Rob made me laugh.

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Rob's death. We were classmates in medical school but after graduation went our separate ways and lost touch. He was a good and kind friend. RIP, Rob.

Sorry to read about Rob's passing.

I remember interviewing at PCOM on the same day that Rob did. We met and instantly became friends, not knowing that we would then become classmates...only a few people in between us in alphabetical order when it came to anatomy lab and testing etc. I do remember him well as a very kind and caring individual. I have attended some of our PCOM reunions in the past, but I do not remember whether I spoke with him on one of those occasions...or has it...

Rob was one of my very best friends back in HS.Though we didn't keep in frequent touch, we reconnected at our last reunion. Way back and now, he was his consistently upbeat self. Compassionate to others, emotionally passionate, wise and friendly. No doubt, he's dearly missed. RIP, bud!

I was very sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Beatty and wish to offer my sympathy and prayers to Dr. Karla and his family. Dr. Beatty was an important part of my health team for quite a few years and explained my test results in an easy to understand manner.

He was the only Dr who got my issues under control and I will ever be grateful for him. Im not one who likes going to the dr but loved going to him and discussing world events and politics he was amazing and said to see a wonderful man was taken way before his time !!

With much sadness, we heard of Rob's death. He was a good friend and colleague of mine for over 20 years. I am sure it will be difficult for his family to endure at this time.He has made a wonderful contribution to our medical community. We only wish we had him for much longer.
