Great guy I always liked to see Ray. He always had a smile on his face

We will miss his smiling face and fun conversations about Rockford Sports. A very kind man. God bless him and his family always. Cannon Family Dentistry

Sympathy to Ray's family We lived down the street from Ray's Barber Shop and my hubby Detective Ed Maier was a lifelong friend. They lifted a few together and often visited. He gave our sons their first haircuts. He was such a fun loving guy. So sorry to hear of his passing but his memory brings a smile to my face. Cherish his memories and always remember the good things he did for everyone. RIP Ray Sympathy to his family Darva

He was my 1st football coach, the chief arrows. Great coach and better person. Got my hair at pioneer barber shop for what seemed forever. The more you talked to Ray about sports, the shorter your hair got, sure got my money's worth. Lol Prayers to him and his family. Ps 1st rocket team to have are own cheerleaders.

I have known and played a ton of softball games with Ray, and most of the Beckett boys, DeBruyn brothers, and the Polonowski brothers, on the Minute Print Softball Team, started by Irv Beckett...We had great success, and many great times!!!! It was like a family team!!!!! Rest in Peace my friend!!!!

Knowing Ray was an experience!! Enough said! RIP Ray.

Uncle Ray was one of a kind. Always with a smile. He will be greatly missed.
