Ray was my husbands officer in charge at Ft. Carson when we arrived there in 1970. Link appreciated Ray's professionalism and comradeship during long hours every Thursday night as the unit did ETS paperwork for the Vietnam War. Ray and his family became good friends later. Blessings to his family in their loss.
