Raymond H. Burchell, 83, passed away on Jan. 31, 2011. A graveside service will be held Friday, May 6, 2011, at Fort Richardson National Cemetery at 3 p.m. with full military honors. Arrangements with Janssen's Evergreen Memorial Chapel.
