Raymond Edgar Burgett

I will never forget the first time I meet Ricky Burgett. We were both 18 years old and attending the infamous El Paso SAE rush weekend. His infectious smile and upbeat personality were unmatched. "Hi. I´m Ricky Burgett" he enthusiastically gushed. We became instant friends, joined the same fraternity, and were roommates for two years in college. Our friendship has lasted a lifetime.
