Not sure what to say?

It was very moving to find the display of the Medal of Honor winners in Branson, Mo. at the new Veterans Museum. Since we are from Louisiana and are familiar with Raymond Clausen's story, this made everything extra special for us.

I did not know Raymond Clausen. After reading his obituary in The New York Times, I wish I had. I wish everyone could have known such a man. I feel honored to know that there were men such as Raymond in this world. To all who knew him, I am sure your loss is great; I mourn with you for a brother I never knew.

Dear Lois..I was shocked to hear that Mike had passed. I first met Mike at the VA in New Orleans. If you will remember You and Mike stopped in at our home in Denham a couple times. Over the years I got to know Mike better thru our computer messaging. We were coming home from the VANO yesterday and came up thru Ponchatula, I remarked to my wife that I had not heard for Mike in a long time. I didn't know that Mike was sick other than his Eye problem....I'm so very sorry for your loss........

known Mike for 30 years.his death is a loss for all.
