Not sure what to say?

Dear Norma
Our condolences for your loss of a wonderful man. We knew Ray as a NEED volunteer with you, and as our saviour in our move from Yates Street to Gladstone offices. Only young, fit military men could move furniture down those awful stairs on Yates Street. He managed the move with military procision for us. I remember many laughs with you two during our training sessions. And Bobbi Etter would want to send her condolences.

Norma, Terry and family
My heartfelt condolences with the passing of Ray, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His presence will be greatly missed. He was quite the character as I was to discover when I had the pleasure of driving you both to a function in Vancouver. I am always up for verbal banter but he really challenged me.
May the passage of time bring you some peace and tranquility.
My thoughts are with you.
