Raymond W. Davis, 73, of Mt Bethel, PA passed away Monday, March 20th, at St. Luke's Hospital - Monroe Campus, Stroudsburg, PA.


Raymond was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 30, 1949, a son of the late Warren and Wilma (Acary) Davis.


He was the husband of Virginia C. (Newport) Davis. They celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary last November. Raymond worked as an Environmental Engineer at the former Roche Pharmaceutical in Belvidere, NJ, until retiring in 2000. He received his bachelor's degree from Centenary University in Hackettstown, NJ, and was a 1968 graduate of Belvidere High School. He enjoyed spending his time in Florida and was a classic car enthusiast, especially corvettes.  


In addition to his wife, Virginia, Raymond is survived by a son Randin Davis, husband of Teri, a daughter, Jennifer Davis, and a grandson Trey Davis.


Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., "Village of Johnsonville" Bangor, PA. Online condolences may be offered at gaffneyparsons.com.
