Not sure what to say?

My father, Louis T. Cangilla met Raymond on the USS Bienville as he was shipped home from WWII. I found Raymond's name and address in a notebook he kept back in 1945. Thought you might find this interesting. My condolences.

His sister Gertrude was my mother-in-law. To me, he was the best of all her brothers.

I only knew Ray in passing but I worked with and am friends with his son John (Digger). If Digger is the kind of man that Ray raised than he was one hell of a man. My Thoughts and Prayers go out to the family

Onbehave of my mother Pearl Degray and myself, I,am sending my deepest Condolence,s too my Aunt and Kathy John Diane. He was fine uncle.

Sorry to hear of Uncle Raymond's passing.
