Not sure what to say?

Five years later, I still miss your SMILE and WITT
"Barber To A Star"

I had the distinct pleasure of working for Ray for 12 years. He was a giant among men and I am a better person for having known him. No one was more honest and genuine. He will truly be missed.

What an honor and a pleasure it was to work for Ray Duncan! He was a great mentor and friend, with a wonderful sense of humor. And so incredibly quick and insightful. We will miss him. We extend our condolences and prayers to Sally and the entire Duncan family.

Ray challenged us to be our best, to find a way to accomplish those things that often seemed undoable. Above all he showed us time and again by example. I think if there is any possible consolation during this sad time, it is knowing how Ray would have wanted us to carry ourselves forward. My sincerest sympathies to all of the family.

Kind Regards,
John Bettridge

Ray was a unique individualist, one of a kind, who went through life setting goals and then proceeding to achieve them. He had widespread interests, but unlike most he shared his life with others. He was the best boss I ever had and one of my friends. Were it not for Ray, and his steady example, in victory and defeat, I would not have had the stomach for oil and gas exploration. One of my regrets is that I never shared this thought with him. We extend our sympathy...

Our thoughts and prayers to the Duncan family. Ray embodied the American spirit - a true maverick and a real entrepreneur. He left the world a better place.
