My husband, Ralph Wilcox, worked beside and with wonderful and great people such as Raymond during Youth baseball in Mobile; especially during the World Series at Jaguar Stadium- I think in 1981. Correct me Midge if I am wrong about the date. May God embrace Rosie and children in His loving arms and give you the strength during this time.

Many thoughts of love and remembrance to "Rosie" and the family. Working with Raymond in Youth Baseball was an inspiring time of my life, but my favorite memory of Raymond goes back to 1980, when my son had a near fatal accident and was in a coma for weeks. I wouldn't leave the hospital until Raymond volunteered to stay all night there. I trusted him with my son's life and went home to sleep. Rest in Peace, my long-ago friend.

Rosemary and "Shug", know that you and you're family are in everyone's thoughts and prayers. We are so sorry for your loss. Captain Easley was truly one of the "Old School" Fire Captains that is non-existent today. He was a tough cookie, a great man and well-respected by all.
