I had the honor of working with Dr. Ediger for many years at the Frederick Animal Health Laboratory for the Maryland Department of Agriculture. He was always such a wonderful person and coworker. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen him since his retirement party. He stayed so busy and was such a bright light for many. My sincere sympathy to his daughter, Lynnelle, and her family. Rest in heavenly peace Dr. Ediger.

This kind, gentle, soft spoken man has been such a wonderful influence to many of his profession. He was so smart and so very wise in words and deeds. He will be missed and always loved by those of us who knew him.

I first became friends with Ray through our involvement in both 4-H and PTA. We both served as officers in our home PTA's and were active in County PTA and found ourselves appointed to the various Superintendents committees for improvements in class offerings. Ray was fun to work with and made everything interesting with his perspective. I've enjoyed meeting up with him in the community. Never was a finer man than Ray.

If anyone wanted to know what Jesus was like, they just needed to know Ray. Ray was humble, gentle, loving and reflected JOY: Jesus, others & you ( for himself). He was a gracious man who will definitely be missed here on earth, they the many lives he touched! My heart and prayers go out to Lynelle, Alec & Lexo.
