Read MoreI just happened to stumble across this obituary. I knew Ray from High School. Sorry I'm late sending condolences to the family. There was a group of us who hung out together. Most of them have passed on as well. So sad. Fond memories. Fun times. I remember when Ray went into the Navy. May he rest in peace.

I served with Ray in the US Coast Guard. He was one of the finest Chief Petty Officers I ever worked with. He and his entire family became an important part of the CG Air Station. Ray will be missed by all.
