Not sure what to say?

Joan
Dick and I just heard of Ray's death.
Great Guy. Know that we are thinking of you. Angie and Dick Miller

We will miss you Ray. We'll think of you whenever we ride and walk the trails.

I enjoyed working with Ray for many years at Ford. Ray was a fun guy to be around always upbeat with a good sense of humor. I will always have good memories of my friendship with Ray. He left us too soon.

Joan, My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. You may remember me as Micki's friend.

I enjoyed working with Ray at Ford chassis engineering for years. It was specially great because we shared like passions. My 27' sloop was a little smaller than Ray's 50' Gulf Star :)) so I never challenged him to a race, we both loved skiing & mountain biking. I knew Ray was a hard core cyclist when he showed up at work one day with facial scrapes from a crash at Island Lk bike trail; he couldn't wait until he could get back out on his bike. In about a week he was good to go. My wife got to...

Ray was a great advocate of the National Ski Patrol and Crystal Mountain where he served as a dedicated patroller for years. He will surely be missed.

I am sorry for this loss. I knew Ray in brief passing since he did so much for Safe Routes 2 Schools and MMBA. Keeping a good thought for Lori and all the rest of Ray's family and friends who knew him so well.

I will miss Ray and his great belly laughter at all the ski patrol functions. Ray was a good friend and a great advocate of the patrol. Thank you Ray, again, for the great time Linda and I had in your seat at the UofM games while you sailed the world! You will be missed by all!

Ray embodied all that is good about life. He had a generous and caring spirit always ready to step up and help. Anybody that was ever graced with Ray's presence will never be able to forget his infectious roaring laugh and not chuckle at the memory. Ray demonstrated how to live and die with dignity. He will be missed by all you knew and loved him.The grand turtle is now riding in heaven, his spirit skis on!
