Mayor graham was a very good kind man.He was always a nice person and gave the kids of East Newark a nice town and our recreation center on grant Ave was cool as hell and our Olympics that was held in the town was also cool. My heartfelt condolences to Ray Graham, Monica and the rest of Mr. Graham's family. Ray Graham had an unmatched wit and a remarkable way about him. I was blessed to know him and was a better man because of it. He had a way to make you feel special and will be missed by all who knew him. He made me laugh with great stories and cool jokes.
