Not sure what to say?

With heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Ray. May the love, prayers and support of your family and friends bring you comfort during this most difficult time - Love, Lisa Mixon

Hi i am Mickey Chamness i married Karen Cook in june 1980. I met Ray an Judy about 1981 they were hosting our sunday school party at their home. We did keep in touch over the years through church. He was a fine man and person with a family to be proud of. He will be missed. Prayers to his family.

Ray touched my heart the moment I met him... not to mention, SO handsome and what a head of hair! (You get it, Judy!) Working at Hair Menders with Ray (and a lot of family!) for 10 years was a blessing and experience I´ll never forget. Ray gave this straight out of Barber College 23 yr old kid a chance. He believed in me when I didn´t. Always supportive, encouraging and a "father figure" I didn´t have. I will treasure the love I have for Ray and what the entire Grimes family has meant to me...

Ray Grimes was a kind, pleasant and honorable man. With encouragement from he and his wife Judy, I was able to accomplish goals I never thought possible. His memory will be with me all the days of my life. If God needed an extra special angel, he has one now.

Ray was a great guy. I was his client for several years, and really enjoyed his stories.

Such an exemplary life !! His physical presence will be surely missed. But he lives Forever! Hugs for his beloved family and may they continue to be tight-knitted, continuing to spread their caring kindness and love to the world. Great positive story telling carried into the world. We are all blessed to have had him. Ellen Snoyer

My deepest condolences and prayers for the family. Ray was a very loved and respected man that I completely adored. Bonnie McDaniel Jackson

I´m so sorry for the loss of Ray. He was a very nice man. I know he will be missed by many. I wish we lived closer so we could attend his service.

Ray was such a sweetheart, as a child I always felt welcomed in their home. He will be missed. Sending hugs and prayers to the family.
