Remembering my friend, Ray Harris Tom Marchant + Pawleys Island, SC

Mrs. Harris and Family:

I am saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Ray Harris. He is a man that I have the highest degree of respect.

When he served as the Field Office Director of the Columbia HUD Office and as our Atlanta HUD Regional Administrator, I found him to be fair and extremely committed to helping others.

I will always respect him and appreciate the positive impact he has on my professional life.

May God Bless and keep each of you always in his tender...

So sorry to hear of Ray's passing. He was such a special friend along with all the Harris family to of us.

My Dad thought the world of Ray and loved him dearly. Starting at Wake Forest, when in college and throughout their life time.

God Bless all of the family in this most difficult time. Sending many prayers.
