Not sure what to say?

I think of Ray often. He was like an angel on earth. He always was warm and kind hearted person, and I think that's why I think of him often. The smile he had would light up a room. God bless you

This miss this guy. Great guy, better friend. He is sorely missed!

Miss his smile and kindness always made sure to include you

I had the pleasure of working with Raymond and meeting is wife. I know he is resting comfortably in the loving arms of our father. Peace be with you Officer Hoffman.

It is so sad that Ray is gone, but it is encouraging reading all of these wonderful tributes! He made such an important impact on the world. I got to know Ray about 20-25 years ago. Unfortunately life got busy, we moved away and I did not keep in touch. I regret not doing a better job of keeping in contact with him and the family - I missed out on a lot in his life. Pam - you didn't deserve to lose Ray , but you definitely deserved him!

Ray was one of the first troopers I encountered when I first got hired in with the Gun Lake Tribe. He set a great example and was always willing to help. Such a nice man and SO genuine! I will miss his smiling face and I pray for his family during this difficult time. God speed brother. Thank you for being you!

Ray was a wonderful man. It was great getting to know him while he was on the ayso soccer board with me and seeing him at the soccer games while erika and Ashleigh played for Hopkins.
Prayers for all of you today and always.

Ray was my friend. He was that friend that when you saw him your conversation would pick up right where it left off even months or years later. Ray was there for me during a hard time in my life-even helping me see I couldn't go down the path I wanted to pursue to help my daughter. He helped so many people, and improved the lives of so many children. He lived for and loved his family. He was and will always be the sweetest, strong man I've ever known.
Thank you for helping us fight child...

My heart aches with yours Pam and for your family. I cannot even imagine the deep loss that you are feeling for such an incredible husband, father, and friend. I pray that God's peace and strength will surround you and carry you and your family during the difficult days that lie ahead. I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know that I will be praying for you and your family.
