My how time goes by so quickly I will never forgot Raymond. He was such a gentle and encouraging man. I laugh sometimes when I think of him riding around the neighborhood on his bike or in his sports car working in the yard I thought he was so cool. I will forever carry a great amount of respect for both Raymond and Dorothy, they were happy as they shared travel and time together as well as sharing those experiences with others . The obituary was lovely. Having never had the opportunity to meet your Raymond, I felt a genuine warmth for his strength, character, and goodness. He is the kind of man I clearly would have liked to know. As a person who is entering their 30th year of marriage and who has enjoyed a trip to Spain with my wife, I felt satisfied and renewed in reading of your travels. The Psychoanalytic community of the Carolinas grieves with you in your loss. We embrace you!

To my dear cousin Dorothy on the passing of my dear cousin Raymond. Words are inadequate to describe the kindness of spirit that Raymond possessed, he exemplified decency, integrity and kindness.
