What can I say? Ray was my Troop 51 Scout Master dedicating tons of personal time for us Scouts. We used to say "West is the Best", sorry east siders.. and Ray was a big part of making the West Side special. Many, many Scouts are thankful for his dedication over the years. Thank you Ray! Condolences to Jeff and the rest of the Hoppe family.
