Not sure what to say?

I knew FR. Horley in high school. He was one of the most unassuming and humble priests I ever knew. He was gentle and strong at the same time.

He was the absolute best friend to my daughter

Father you are missed so much I am so thankful for all the kind guidance you gave me through the years I am trying to remain strong in my faith in your memory as I face life's trials

What a wonderful, wonderful friend you were to our whole Family, especially spending time with and talking to Erin. You are truly missed Fr. Horley. God Bless You Fr. Horley. The Weber Family

God Bless You Father Ray we loved you and remember we were your first wedding at Saint Vincent in Akron Ohio in Jan of 1959. You were truly a gift from God and we loved your visits in all the last Jan. for many of years in Florida with us and at Mass many times at Holy Cross Hospital. God truly has a angel now in Heaven with him

Father Horley,
It has taken this past month since your passing for me to be able to add to the many kind words that have been written about you and the many lives you touched with your gentle spirit. I am so glad that you are no longer in pain but I have felt so sad and I want to send my thankfulness for the love, friendship and guidance you offered to me for as long as I can remember. You married my parents, John and Peggy Thursby, over 50 years ago and you remained a steadfast part of...

I will always treasure the talks we had and time spent together

I loved teasing Father Horley every Sunday at St. Sebastians. I always told him, "you know, if you weren't a priest, and I married you, my name could be Carol Morley Horley! We always giggled about that. He was such a kind man, with a good spirit and I can tell through all these kind words left on this guest book that he touched many lives. His reward is now in Heaven. God bless you and thank you for all that you've left in our hearts.

Father Horley was my hero, rock and comfort throughout my childhood. I just found out he passed and my heart hurts. I know that he is with out God and is no longer suffering. Rest amongst the angels Father.
