Raymond was born on March 27, 1932 and passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017. Raymond was a resident of Illinois at the time of passing. Raymond was married to Deloris. A graveside service will be at noon on Tuesday April 11 2017 at Cerro Gordo Cemetery in Cerro Gordo Township. Reverend Justin Smith will officiate. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made in Raymond?s memory to Crossroads Baptist Church in Peoria or to the National Kidney Foundation.

Mr. Isaacs was always so warm and welcoming to me. I remember several family vacations to Colorado where I was included and treated as family. I appreciate all the fond memories spent in the Isaac's home. Please accept my deepest condolences. I pray the Lord comforts you during this time of loss.
