Read MoreI worked with Ray when he inspected my work in the 1980s and for 6 months in 1992 before he retired from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Rockville MD. He was a gentle soul, quirky sense of humor, and a really nice guy. He retired quickly after a family member was injured, and I would have liked to have spent more time with him. I think of him occasionally and I wish his family well.
