Not sure what to say?

A true gentleman with a great expression of caring for patients and a gentleness of confirmation. I think of him often, we miss him

I miss playing golf with Ray at the St. X golf tournaments. I always enjoyed hanging around him when you all visited at David´s house. Memories you never forget.

Miss you Doc every time I have an appointment at the Middletown Clinic! You were the best because you cared so much about your patients.

I was in medical practice with Ray until 1998. He was the most decent, caring, kind and dedicated physician I have ever worked with. My prayers are with Cheryl, Megan and Seth.

I m so sorry to hear of Ray's passing. I was in medical practice with him in Middletown until 1998. My prayers are for Cheryl, Megan and Seth in the passing of this kind dedicated man.

What a good man and doctor. We shared the same birthday. I will have a Scotch egg next year in his memory.

My condolences. Dr. Johnson took care of me for almost 40 years and also looked after my son before he grew up and moved away. I second all the nice things said by other patients as they are consistent with my experiences with Dr. Johnson.

I just learned of Dr Johnson's passing through a letter received on August 16 2019, I was initially shocked, and then immediately greatly saddened and my heart was broken. He has been my primary care doctor for over 30 years. He was a good man who would always would take the time and patience to answer any of my questions. He genuinely cared about each of his patient's health care. God Bless his family and friends and keeping them in my prayers.

I was a patient of Dr Johnson's for almost 40 yrs. he took very good care of me. I thought of him more as a friend than a doctor. I could discuss anything with him. I highly respected him, and will miss him very much. Rest in peace dear doctor/friend.
