Not sure what to say?

Dear Lola and family, sad to realize Ray is gone. He was a Sunday school teacher who engaged our whole group of teens. Just right for us. A great husband and father. And a very good neighbor to have nextdoor. So glad I got to get reacquainted with Ray and you Lola through your gallery show. It's a good memory for me. I hope you are doing well. I know time is needed, and although day-to-day gets better and family happiness returns, life is never the same. My Mom passed away on March...

Dear Lola and family:

I was so saddened to see Ray's obituary in the newspaper. I found myself reflecting back on our many years together at Cottonwood High School. He was my student teaching supervisor so many years ago and not only guided me but stepped up and encouraged administration to hire me. I was fortunate to have a position in the History Department and taught along side him for 20 years. How very lucky was I to have him as a mentor, colleague and friend. Oh the stories...

Dear Lola,
My heart and love goes out to you and your family. Ray was such a warm and funny guy, I loved listening to him and his stories. He was so talented and back when he was talking about coming back into the gallery, we would have snatched him up in a minute! He was an original piece of art. Hugs and prayers for you, my friend - see you at UWS. Love, Catherine Hostetter

What an amazing man! I am still in disbelief that Ray is gone. Growing up with Chris & Ryan, I have known Ray for as long as my memory goes back, he was almost a second father. It also meant that Lola was always close by to ensure we didn't screw up either! It was my great pleasure to know Kelly, Todd, & Angie from my association with Chris and I know that your hearts are hurting from this recent loss. My heart goes out to all of you.

Dear Lola:

I was shocked to read about Ray's passing today in the Deseret News. Although, I didn't know Ray that well, our lives have been entwined since childhood and I wanted you to know that I'm thinking about you and will keep you in my prayers. I'm sorry that I could not attend the celebration of his life but wanted you to know that I will be thinking of you in the days ahead.

Dear Lola, Im so very sorry to hear about your loss. My sympathy goes out to you.
My Mom (Janet Ridd and sister( Laurie Shaw) have such fun memories of you at Robert's and in Peggy's class.
Im praying for you to have strenth and peace. Love Carolyn Smith

I loved Mr. Kartchner, my deepest condolences to his family and loved ones!

So sorry to hear of the passing of Ray. We had such a great time at the Anderson Ranch in Colorado. We both liked to talk and I think we tried to find out who could talk the most. I will always remember him in my thoughts. I know he is with his father in heaven telling him about one of his adventures. He will sorely be missed.

Lola:
I am so sorry for your loss. May God's love comfort you and your family at this very sad time.

You may or may not remember me I was once part of the Wells Family, still am through my son's.
