Raymond A. Kerns Jr.

I knew Mr. Kerns. I served in Charlie Troop at the same time as he did. He was not only a fine officer but he was an excellant human being. Sometimes people only see one side of the man. Raymond was the type of person who made sure (just through his actions and words) that you could see both side of him. I am a better man for having him. God may have called Raymond home but he will always be in my mind and my heart.
