Chief, you were a pretty cool guy. I so appreciated your honesty and your inability to be phony about anything. I pray that you are at peace, finally. Your strength in baring the burdens your carried since WWII is a source of strength for us. You bore your burdens and memories and still managed to love and care for your family. You taught many a valuable lesson. Thank you. I hope you knew how much you were loved. Barb & I will take care of Raymond and Ron, and in God's time we will all meet...

Well, dad, I guess everything is copasetic now.
I am so happy for you. I know that you are now with the Lord, mom, your family and friends. I hope that you will tell my mom and dad how much I really miss them. I loved you all so very much.

Ray
It's easy to say, I'm sorry to hear of the passing of your father, but what I really want to say is that I'm here for you if you need anything. Losing a parent isn't easy and to realize that they are with our lord and savior only makes it easier. Remember the good and the bad times with them. They can never be replaced. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Call if you need anything. My boys send their support to you also.
God is Our refuge in good times and bad.
