Ray was a very good friend and co-worker who we miss very much. He always looked after me on our watch and was there whenever you needed him.
May you continue to rest in peace until we meet again, Ray!

Ray was always smiling. My shift ended, when Ray was starting his day. He always spoke highly of his wife, his children and his daughter s softball games. Ray really loved his job and was a great policeman. Ray and Ron gave me the nickname, two names. I made it my email address. Everyday I see my email, I think of Ray, Ron and Danny.
Thanks for the memories.

Ray was one of the finest people I have ever known!!!!!! Ray and I spent a lot of time together working second jobs, dances, all kinds of sports events. I felt very close to Ray and miss him to this day. Donna I hope you and your children are doing well. I still remember him in my prayers. Sincerely Jerry Farrer

Dear Mrs. Kosinski & Family:
My sympathy to you and your family. Mr. Kosinski coached my son in baseball when he was growing up! Now my son is grown with 3 children of his own. Your husband was a wonderful person and cared very much for all the children he came in contact with. May he RIP!!!
