You were and are truly a great soul. I have lost a good, good friend and physician. I am sorry we had not talked in a while, only because we could talk medicine and family for quite some time and I knew you had patients to attend to, so I tried not to stop by as much. I will miss you and your enjoyable discussions about your love of family, your pride in your son Raymond, and your early years in Canada and the army.
