I never imagined it would end like this, never wanted to be the one who would plan out your funeral. Heck, I thought you´d outlive me with your nine lives. I regret the years we lost at odds, but will cherish the years we worked to build trust and a bond. I doubted your love for me when I was younger- and now looking back I can see all the times where I should have seen it clearly. Ed left us with many joyful memories, like the happy rumble of bikes when he and Sue would come up the driveway for a visit on their travels. And when he wore the face of pure contentment at a bike rally once he got a turkey leg in his hand to chew on while he roamed around to watch the other people and the bikes. That´s the picture I´ll keep of Ed in my heart. God speed, Ed.

I was shocked when I read about Ed's passing this morning. I worked with Ed at C.R. Power Plant Units 1&2 and it was a pleasure to work with him during my time there. Ed was as stated in the good ole days, a good hand. He was reliable, dependable, hard working and got the job done.
