He was born March 30th, 1956. In Big Spring, TX and moved to Midland, Tx where he was raised & educated.

Raymond knew no stranger; he had many friends, and many were considered family. He will be remembered by most for his sarcasm and straight forward remarks.  He loved to travel and eat foods he knew he wasn’t supposed to eat.  He enjoyed visiting with friends & family after work as well as listening to all genres of music but his favorites being R &B and Tejano music.  He had a big generous heart & he would help anyone in need no matter who it was.  He always was up to something & you could say he lived life to the fullest.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Sylvia Mancha, Two Children Stacy Mancha & Raymond Mancha Jr. Grandchildren: Stephen & Casandra Alvarado, Mario Gutierrez, Eric, D’Lajawon, Nicholas, Christopher, Isaiah, Aaliyah, Olivia, Dominik, and Jordan Mancha.
