Dearest Joyce and family,
My heart goes out to each of you at this time of loss. Ray was an incredible man. I'll never forget my early years at Nevada Power. Initially I was frightened of him because afterall he was the VP of Human Resources. Fortunately, for me, many years later, I received an incredible opportunity to work with and for him during his last year. I was astounded at his compassion, wisdom and his unique ability to sit in a heated labor relations meeting and never quiver....

Joyce, my deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Dear Joyce:
Bill just sent a note about Ray, and we share in you loss at this time. Just trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding, in all ways acknowledge Him, and God will direct your path. We are thinking of you and the family with much sympathy and sorrow.

I worked at Nevada Power Company for many years and knew Mr. McNeill, he was a quiet individual and I didn't have too many encounters with him. When we did meet up in the hallways or cafeteria,he was very king to say hello or say "how's the security business doing these days...catch anybody?" I extend my deepest heartfelt condolences and prayers to Mr. McNeill's family. I would like to share one of my favorite bible scriptures found in 1st Corinthians 2:2-4. This scripture talks about GOD...
