Sorry to hear about Ray. He was a great neighbor. Always made sure that I wasn't getting into trouble. Just like Krissy says, Ray is probably sitting next to my Pop Pop right now.

To the entire O'Hara Family,
We are so sadden to hear of the loss of Ray, Cookie Man, We just found out as we looked through the paper. Ray was full of stories for Mikey about his Pop Pop. Mike loved listening to him as he ate the cookies he got from Ray. You will be miss but your memories will live on. I know you are probably talking to Pop Pop right now and filling him in on all the family members he never got to met. Especially my Mikey. Thanks Ray.

To Betty and the O'Hara family.. I am saddened as I just found about your loss. What an amazing man Ray was.. Irreverent yet thoughtful and caring and so funny.. He did so much for me and he will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Ray's passing. I know there is an emptiness in your hearts now, missing him so much. But he is at rest. God saw that there was no cure and saw him suffering and growing tired, so He sent his angels to bring him home. He is now at peace and having a great reunion in Heaven.

My deepest sympathy for all of Ray's family. I can remember the first time i met him, always so funny. Once when Ray and Betty came to Huntsville to visit us, we went out dancing and drinking and his chair he was in kept going down to almost the floor and we could not stop laughing, how he made the chair do that i don't know. I'll always remember Gpa Ray as the man who made me never want to eat shrimp cocktail EVER again!! :-) I was probably 5-6 yrs old and our family had a party and he decided that he wanted to show me something he thought was funny, right by my favorite shrimp cocktail bowl.. He reached for a shrimp and before I was going to get one, as he went to put it in his mouth he slipped his teeth out and started laughing!!
