I just learned about Ray's passing and I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family especially during the holiday season. I worked with Ray on the other side of the aisle (Department of Justice) for 15 years in Wilmington and would occasionally run into him down in Sussex where I practiced for another 15 years. I just heard about Ray. I am so sorry to hear he is no longer with us. Please accept my sincere condolences. As a paralegal in the Office of the Attorney General I met and worked with Ray for many years. He was a joy to know. He always had a smile on his face and it was contagious. Ray was an amazing individual. He was a pleasure to work with. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to work with him for a few years.
