Ray was one of the really GOOD GUYS. I am reminded of him daily, for a million little things.

There is nothing in this world that can fill the space of this man. He was not just a father, he was a great man. A man that was always loving to his family, loyal, kind, dependable, trustworthy, respectful, he showed us how we should treat our parents and our loved ones. All I ever wanted in life was for him to be proud of me and its what pushes me to want to succeed now, its what pushes me to always do my best to get through all the difficult times in life, I love and miss you dad more...

So sad.
All the right words have been spoken...
All the warms condolences have been expressed...
And the shock still has to sink in for most...
But, in Ray's 'cryptic' message..."THAT'S AMORE!"

Ray was a great guy. Work with him at Kaydon years ago. We last talked at the golf outing last year. We had a great conversation. Gods peace be with you Ray. Addio mio Paisan

My late husband Bob LaVere and Ray were neighbors and childhood friends and on thru teens. I remember Ray as a gentleman and a gentle man.
Bob passed last Dec. 2015. God Bless

My condolences to the Panozzo family. I worked with Ray at Kaydon at one point and always found him to be helpful and encouraging. I would run into him around town once in a while and he always took the time to talk. Rest in peace Ray.
