I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Capt Papszycki, he tough, but fair in dealing with young officers under his command, posibily saving their lives by his leadership. He was a great asset to the Trenton Police Department.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

My deepest sympathy in the loss of Ray. He was a good friend and loyal and faithful to his police duties. He could always be counted on to help when the need arose. He will be missed. May he rest in peace in Post Everlasting. May the Good Lord give you strength and courage to carry on in the days ahead without Ray. God Bless You All.
