Raymond W. Payne Jr.

Ray was my cousin. We grew up together, hung out as teens, served parallel years in the service of our country, lost contact and then reconnected off and on. Our mothers, Amanda and Jane, kept us in touch. However, after my Mom died we drifted apart again. I will miss his jokes, his information about veteran's rights, and his laugh. I miss Ray.
