I did not know Mr. Pcolar, but for the past year, I have had the good fortune to be the manager of his son, Ray. As a father of two I know that parents are judged by the character of their children. Based on Ray's integrity, intelligence and conscientiousness on the job, and his love of family off the job, it is clear that Mr. and Mrs. Pcolar have been superb parents and people.
