Words cannot express what I felt when I read of Ray's passing. What an incredible man he is and I know you will miss him greatly. There is a special place in Heaven for him and he's saving one for you too Ginger. I know you will forever treasure the time you had with him.

Our hearts go out to the Pinales Family for the lost of our cousin and nephew Raymond Pinales. He was a joy to be around. He will surely be missed by all.

I didn't know Ray very well but I do recall his kind gentle nature and outgoing friendliness here at the Cisco account at Convergys. I work in TAC and he worked in CRC but on occasion he would just say hi to me and be kind for no reason which I always appreciated.
