Mr. Rhett was my principal at Charleston High School. I will always remember him as a man of humility, respect, and admiration to all the students that crossed his path. Mr. Rhett, from my perspective, was an exceptional man, father, community leader, church leader, and neighbor (Allen Park). We all witnessed God's favor and grace in his life, the life's of his family, and on the life's of those whom he served. Family, with faith, God's grace will continue to be you. Raymond was more than just our neighbor, he was a gentelman of the highest order. He always found time to speak to everyone and he was always found with a smile on his face. He was very special person and I as well as other will surley miss him. Our deepest condolences to his family.
