I worked with Ray when we worked in the same staff agency at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. Though we had different jobs, we worked in the same office. He was always a man of honor, integrity, and we all enjoyed Ray's sense of humor. I was proud of him when he got his commission and saw him a few times after we both left Malmstrom. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
