I remember playing chase with Raymond every morning before school at James Bowie Elementary. Raymond, Jerry Burnet, Tim Hattenbach, and I were the Four Musketeers at Bowie. When I retired as a Captain in HPD, I didnt know Raymond chose the same career with the County. But Ive thought about Raymond and the great times we shared as boys many times. Hey, Raymond, wont be too long before I chase you down one more time. Til then, buddy, enjoy snow cone Fridays with the Man Upstairs. Love, John P....
