I remember playing chase with Raymond every morning before school at James Bowie Elementary. Raymond, Jerry Burnet, Tim Hattenbach, and I were the Four Musketeers at Bowie. When I retired as a Captain in HPD, I didnt know Raymond chose the same career with the County. But Ive thought about Raymond and the great times we shared as boys many times.
